Shipping policy

 

Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders placed after 2pm EST, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only, via USPS or UPS ground. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. Expedited 2 day delivery is available at checkout. We do not offer international shipping currently.

 

Packaging 
Every order ships in envelope mailers recommended for cosmetics.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us with 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
